The admission rules to join a diploma in AME are very simple so that passionate students can start their careers early.
- Educational Qualification: You can easily take admission right after passing your 10th board exams. If you want to apply after your 12th class, you must have studied the science stream, specifically Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM).
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 16 years old at the time of admission.
- Medical Fitness: Working on an airplane means you will be around heavy machinery, loud engine noises and thousands of colored wires. Because of this, you must be physically and mentally completely healthy. You cannot be colorblind because you need to tell the difference between red wires and green wires! You will need to show a simple medical certificate from a doctor.
