Who can apply for this diploma course?

Many students think they have to finish 12th class and spend two extra years in school before they can start their journey to becoming an engineer. That is absolutely not true! The diploma program is designed specifically for young, eager minds who are ready to jump directly into the technical world.

Here is a highly detailed and very, very easy explanation of exactly who is allowed to walk through the college gates:

1. Passing the "10th Standard (Matriculation)"

"Matriculation" is simply the official, formal word for your 10th-class board exams.

  • If you have already given your 10th exams in the past—whether it was last year or three years ago—and you have that final printed mark sheet sitting safely in your home, you have crossed the first finish line.

  • You are 100% fully eligible to take your mark sheet to the college today and claim your seat in the Aerospace Engineering program.

2. The Magic of a "Recognized Education Board"

Because aerospace engineering involves building real flying machines, the college must be completely sure that your basic school education was real and legal.

  • They cannot accept a fake certificate from an unknown, unapproved school.

  • "Recognized" simply means your school's education board is officially approved by the Indian government.

  • This includes massive national boards like CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) or ICSE, as well as all official state government boards like the Haryana Board of School Education (BSEH), the UP Board, or the Bihar Board. If your 10th-class certificate comes from any of these official government boards, it is your golden ticket!

3. What Does "Currently Appearing" Mean?

This is the most exciting and helpful rule for young students!

  • Imagine it is February or March. You are currently studying in your 10th class, and your final board exams are starting next month. You obviously do not have a final result or a mark sheet yet.

  • Do you have to sit at home and wait until May or June when the results finally come out to apply for college? Absolutely not! * "Currently appearing" means the college knows you are taking the exams right now. They allow you to fill out the admission form early, while you are still a school student.

4. "Provisional Admission" (Booking Your Seat Early)

Why should you apply while you are still giving your 10th exams? Because aerospace engineering is very popular, and college seats fill up incredibly fast!

  • When you apply as an "appearing" student, the college gives you something called Provisional Admission. This is just a fancy term for a "temporary booking."

  • The college will lock and hold a seat specifically in your name before the massive summer rush even begins.

  • Once your school exams are over and your final 10th result is finally declared a few months later, you simply take your new passing result to the college. They will verify your marks, and your "temporary" seat instantly becomes your permanent, confirmed seat!

By allowing "appearing" students to apply, the college removes all the stress of waiting, so you can focus entirely on studying hard for your 10th board exams, knowing your college seat is already waiting for you safely.
