What kind of labs does the college have?

Colleges offering the Polytechnic in Medical Lab Technician course in Delhi have well-equipped and modern laboratories to ensure proper hands-on training. Students get access to pathology labs, where they learn how to study tissues, detect diseases, and prepare microscopic slides. These labs help students understand how different illnesses affect the human body.

There are also microbiology labs, where you learn to identify bacteria, viruses, fungi, and other microorganisms. These labs contain incubators, culture media, sterilisers, and microscopes, allowing students to perform culture tests and study microbes safely.

In haematology labs, students practice blood-related testing. You learn blood grouping, complete blood count (CBC), coagulation testing, and other blood analysis techniques using modern analysers.

Additionally, biochemistry labs teach students to analyse body fluids like blood and urine to check for sugar levels, proteins, enzymes, and chemicals that help diagnose medical conditions. These labs include centrifuges, colourimeters, spectrophotometers, and other diagnostic machines used in hospitals.
