Polytechnic and 12th science are both good options, but they are designed for different goals. This makes them job-ready in a shorter time. After completing a diploma (usually in 3 years), students can start working in industries like manufacturing, construction, IT, and the automobile sector. On the other hand, 12th science mainly focuses on theoretical knowledge in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. It builds a strong academic base, which is useful if a student wants to prepare for competitive exams like engineering or medical entrance tests. However, after 12th science, students still need to complete a degree (like B.Tech or MBBS) to get good job opportunities, which takes more time.
