Is KEAM 2026 conducted online or offline?

KEAM 2026 is expected to be conducted in online mode, also known as a Computer-Based Test (CBT). In this format, candidates will not use pen and paper. Instead, they will answer all questions on a computer system at the designated exam centre.

The question paper will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Candidates will be provided with a computer interface where they can select the correct options, navigate between questions, and review their answers before submitting the test.

Conducting the exam in CBT mode makes the process more efficient and transparent. It also helps in faster evaluation and quicker declaration of results. For students, this format offers features like marking questions for review, changing answers easily, and managing time effectively with an on-screen timer.

Although the exam is online, it is still conducted at official exam centres under strict supervision. Candidates must visit their allotted centre and follow all exam guidelines. They are not allowed to take the test from home.

To prepare for this format, students should practice online mock tests regularly. This will help them become comfortable with the computer-based environment and improve their speed and confidence.
