Does the program offer practical industry exposure?

Puran Murti Vidyapeeth has designed its MBA curriculum with a "Corporate-First" philosophy, recognizing that management is an applied science that cannot be mastered solely through textbooks. For the 2026-27 session, the program emphasizes a four-pillar approach to practical learning, ensuring students transition from academic learners to industry-ready leaders.

The first pillar of this practical exposure is the series of Frequent Industrial Visits. These are not merely tours but guided educational experiences at major manufacturing plants, corporate headquarters, and logistics hubs. By visiting organizations such as automated automotive factories or high-tech e-commerce warehouses, students gain a "behind-the-scenes" view of large-scale operations. They witness first-hand how supply chain theories, inventory management, and labor relations are handled in high-pressure environments, often participating in Q&A sessions with plant managers to discuss real-world crisis management and operational efficiency.

The second and third pillars involve Summer Internships and Live Business Projects. Between the first and second years, every student undergoes a mandatory 8–10 week internship. This "trial run" allows them to work as full-time employees within specific departments like Finance, Marketing, or HR. Simultaneously, the curriculum integrates "Live Projects" where students partner with startups or multinationals to solve current business problems. Whether it's designing a digital marketing campaign or conducting a market feasibility study, these projects require students to apply theoretical models to actual data, often leading to Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) for high performers.

Finally, the learning experience is enriched through Guest Lectures and Corporate Mentorship. The college frequently invites CEOs, industry veterans, and successful alumni to share their "war stories" and current market trends. These interactions provide students with invaluable insights into the soft skills—such as negotiation, emotional intelligence, and ethical leadership—that are required at the top levels of management. By bridging the gap between classroom theories and the actual job market, Puran Murti Vidyapeeth ensures that its graduates are not just degree holders, but seasoned professionals with a robust corporate network already in place.
