Eligibility Criteria

Students who have successfully completed 12th or equivalent with PCM/ PCB are eligible. To pursue B. Tech course, students should satisfy the following eligibility criteria:-

Following Eligibility should be fulfilled before taking admission in B. Tech course:-
  • Applicants must have passed the 10+2 board examination with any recognised board.
  • Applicants must have studied any of the three subjects from the following physics/ mathematics/ chemistry/ computer science/ electronics/ information technology/ biology/ informatics practices/ biotechnology/ technical vocational subject/ agriculture/ engineering graphics/ business studies/ entrepreneurship.(Any of the three)
  • Minimum score of 45% in 12th board examination (40% of marks for the reserved categories) in any of the three subjects that are mentioned above.
  • Passed any diploma course with a minimum 3 year duration.
  • In diploma, you must have scored 45% marks (40% of marks for the reserved categories).

Lateral Entry

Passed Minimum THREE years / TWO years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in ANY branch of Engineering and Technology.

OR

Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.

Passed D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector.
