The club functions as the dynamic backbone behind all major institutional events, fests, cultural programs, technical symposiums, workshops, and outreach initiatives held on college.

SAMARTHYA brings together students from diverse academic backgrounds who share a common passion for planning, coordination, and execution of college activities. The club promotes experiential learning by offering members opportunities to handle real-time event logistics, budgeting, stage management, promotions, and hospitality, thereby bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

With a motto of “Organise, Inspire, and Lead”, the club plays a pivotal role in enhancing the vibrancy and cultural richness of college life while cultivating leadership qualities, confidence, and a sense of responsibility among students

Purpose and Objectives

The primary purpose of SAMARTHYA is to develop professional competence, team spirit, and managerial acumen through active involvement in college and community events.

The key objectives of the club are:

1. To plan, coordinate, and execute academic, technical, cultural, and social events at college.
2. To foster creativity, innovation, and leadership through experiential learning.
3. To provide a platform for students to showcase their talents in organizing and managing events.
4. To build teamwork, communication, and time management skills among members.
5. To support institutional initiatives, celebrations, and student engagement programs.
6. To collaborate with external organisations and sponsors for large-scale events and community outreach.
7. To cultivate a professional approach towards event planning, budgeting, marketing, and coordination.

Activities and Events Organised

Throughout the academic year, SAMARTHYA is actively involved in the conceptualisation and execution of various events, which include:

1. Annual Cultural Fest – “Aarohan” / “Techno Fest” / “Udaan”
   • Planning, stage setup, coordination, backstage and hospitality management.
   • Collaboration with different committees for cultural, musical, and dance events.
2. Orientation and Induction Programs
   • Welcoming new students with well-organised sessions, performances, and guided college tours.
3. National and Regional Conferences / Workshops
   • Support in logistics, registrations, and event coordination during academic and technical seminars.
4. Sports Meets and Inter-College Competitions
   • Managing schedules, participant coordination, publicity, and prize distribution ceremonies.
5. Institutional Celebrations
   • Independence Day, Republic Day, Teachers’ Day, Yoga Day, and Annual Day events organised under the club’s management team.
6. Social Outreach & Awareness Campaigns
   • Organisation of blood donation camps, cleanliness drives, tree plantation, and community events in association with other college clubs.
7. Creative and Promotional Activities
   • Designing posters, promotional videos, stage decor, and social media campaigns for various institutional programs.
