ALFAAZ – The Anchoring and Expression Club

Purpose and Objectives
The primary purposes of ALFAAZ are:
- To Develop Communication Skills: To train students in articulation, voice modulation, and public speaking etiquette for professional and social contexts.
- To Promote Stage Confidence: To provide regular exposure through event hosting, debates, and open mic sessions to overcome stage fear.
- To Enhance Event Management Competence: To involve students in planning, organising, and conducting cultural and academic events.
- To Encourage Creative Expression: To channel students’ creativity through anchoring scripts, theme narrations, and spontaneous speaking.

- Anchoring in Institutional Events:
Members of ALFAAZ take the lead in hosting all major college events such as the Orientation Programme, Annual Fest, Cultural Day, Independence Day, Teachers’ Day, Convocation, Farewell Ceremonies, and Sports Meets.
- Workshops and Training Sessions:
The club organises regular workshops on voice modulation, articulation, stage presence, and body language, conducted by experienced faculty mentors and external communication experts.
- Open Mic and Expression Evenings:
